Building your A Team

Tue 25 October 16

It’s been a tough market for employing talent over the past 5 years. it’s hard enough to find one decent person to join an organisation. It’s even harder to build a whole team. And next to impossible to sustain, and then grow a high performing team alongside design work.

Jason has had some success and plenty of failures over his career as a manager and leader of teams. He will share some of his learnings around building teams before engaging in a discussion where we all hope to learn what it takes to build an A Team.
